"The gains from this investment aren't great."
I've been putting my money into Fundrise for over five years now, and the returns have usually been between 4-6%, even in times of significant growth. But I gotta say, my savings account gives me a 4.6% return on my cash, which makes what Fundrise offers seem a bit underwhelming.

"A heads-up about this platform!"
I feel the need to caution everyone regarding the trustworthiness of this site. It's super important that you don't put your faith in it. I put in €4700, and when my account hit nearly €8100, I attempted to take out my money. Sadly, I've never managed to do that. Seriously, I can't stress this enough—steer clear! Stay sharp and vigilant! To wrap it up, I should mention that I was lucky enough to get help and sort out all my problems thanks to 𝗘𝘂𝘁𝗵𝘀.𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱.

"Last autumn, I put $5,000 into Fundrise..."
I put $5,000 into Fundrise last autumn, drawn in by the glowing reviews I stumbled upon online. Sadly, I quickly came to see my error. Just a few weeks after I invested, I checked my account and saw it had dropped by $500. At first, I thought it was just a little hiccup, but over the next seven months, I only racked up a measly $13 in interest. Can you believe that? To top it off, at the beginning of July, my account took another hit of $100. By this time, I was done with this shady operation. I asked to withdraw my funds, only to find out that the earliest review would be in October, and even then, there was no promise of getting my cash back. I really recommend steering clear of this scam. It’s best to put your money somewhere else.

"Quality of Fundrise SFRs is Lacking"
If they’re connected to Fundrise SFRs, the houses in Tennessee overseen by Cushman and Wakefield are just not up to par. Their property management (C&W) fails to tackle any problems properly, and the repairs are done in a slapdash manner, kinda like what you'd see in a trailer park. It’s a real bummer that you gotta fork out a hefty sum for your lease. If we could get out of it, we totally would. No way we’re renewing this lease.

"My biggest issue is the non-payment of funds owed to me."
Sadly, my time dealing with this site has been riddled with issues. There's a mounting pile of proof on social media hinting that their practices might be shady or even unlawful. My biggest issue is them not sending me the cash that’s due. At first, they appeared friendly and professional, but once the payment topic came up, their real nature showed. It’s a shame that putting trust in this site turned out to be a poor choice, something I now truly regret. Reflecting on it, I see that I would’ve been better off sticking with Asllc, a company that has always demonstrated accountability and delivered on its promises with outstanding results across the board.

"No guidance, no gains, and getting a refund is a hassle."
Earlier this year, I thought I'd throw a few hundred bucks into Fundrise after reading a glowing piece on CNN about them. What a disappointment! Even with the property market doing well, I've gotten zero advice from them, and my investment is just fading away. To get my money back, I tried to cash out, but they told me it would take a whopping 2.5 months to look over my request.

"A straightforward and handy way to dive into real estate investing."
As someone who invests with Fundrise, I gotta say it offers a pretty easy route for getting into real estate. The platform is run by a crew of savvy real estate experts who take care of all the important stuff for me. They focus on top-notch properties all over the U.S.
One thing I really like is that they keep me in the loop with email updates whenever a new property gets added to my portfolio. This laid-back method lets me invest in real estate without much hassle, while I still get quarterly dividends from my investment.
That said, it's worth mentioning that putting your money into Fundrise means you're in it for the long haul, since your cash is pretty much locked up in real estate.

"Fundrise is a scam."
When the real estate market took a nosedive, I made the mistake of trying out this scam. I took their suggestions and put my money in, but I'm still facing losses.
As soon as my original investment begins to turn a profit, I'm pulling my money out right away.
I really recommend steering clear of Fundrise. It's a misleading and pointless venture.

"Seeing a lot of good reviews..."
I've observed that a few folks working at Fundrise are putting up positive feedback. As for me, I put in $500 with Fundrise, and when I checked on my investment after a year, they said they had no record of it. I really suggest steering clear of them. On the other hand, you might want to give Robinhood a shot, where your cash isn't in danger of going 'missing' or getting swiped.

"I really regret putting my cash into this deal..."
I feel downright silly for deciding to put my money into Fundrise. At first, their returns looked pretty good - not out of this world, but okay. But everything flipped when I tried to sell my shares and get my cash back. To my shock, I found out that half of my so-called "investment" was tied up in something they call an "Illiquid IPO". Fundrise now claims that folks in this IPO should be ready to hang onto their investment forever, and they caution that getting your money back might be limited, paused, or even impossible.
How can this be labeled as an investment if I’m supposed to keep it forever? It feels more like I’m just giving away my money. Basically, I’ve handed my cash over to Fundrise with no chance of seeing it again. This is a seriously misleading investment scheme! I was never informed about this vital detail when I first put my money in years ago. Because of this, I’m now taking steps to report Fundrise to both the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General for their shady practices.

"Right now, I'm really enjoying it!"
So far, my experience with Fundrise has been fantastic. It's super easy to keep an eye on how my investments are doing, and I get dividends on a regular basis. Honestly, it seems like the easiest way to invest in real estate. The only thing holding me back from a full 5-star review is that I haven't seen the long-term returns yet, which makes it tough to gauge how it’ll perform down the line.

"Fundrise provides fair investment returns, but withdrawing your money can be a real hassle."
The returns have been pretty good, but when you try to pull out your cash, you end up losing some of the profits, and you can't really control when you get your money. This is the least liquid investment I've ever dealt with. I think it’s fair to expect a wait of no more than 7 days for withdrawal requests under a certain amount (maybe $20,000). Waiting around for 3-4 months is just not okay.

"This investment has been a total disaster."
Honestly, this investment has turned out to be the worst choice I've ever made. Back in February 2022, I put in $62,000, and for a while, things seemed to be looking up. But then, come September, I saw my account balance plummet to $59,000, and I was left scratching my head, worried about what was going on. By December, it dropped even further to $54,000, and I just couldn't take it anymore. I tried to withdraw my funds, but that didn't go through. So, I reached out to Vestiga Recovery, and they really came through for me. Not only did they get my withdrawal sorted, but they also ended up giving me $75,000 instead of the original $62,000.

"Over 4 years, I saw a 6.4% drop in my investment."
Since 2019, I put in a total of $108,000, but after 4 years, my account shows only $101,000. This clearly indicates a loss, which is far from what the company promised. Plus, if I decide to take my money out now, there's a 1% fee that would hit me even harder. It's pretty frustrating to see that while my personal real estate ventures have been doing well, the pros managing my investments haven't delivered the same success. I'm really left wondering where my money has gone.

"A Year Back, I Put $100,000 into..."
About a year back, I put in $100,000 into Fundrise. After around six months, it showed a 4.5% return on my cash. But I started to worry about their many purchases in the single-family home sector. On December 2nd, I asked to cash out my investment. They told me it could take as long as two months to finish the cash-out process. Today, they let me know that my cash-out amount would be $88,000, even though my current balance on their site says $99,000. I really think folks should be cautious with this company. They’re not very open about things, and even after dropping $100,000, it’s tough to get in touch with them. I truly hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation.
